We also carry a B license due to the size projects we perform, this allows us to self-perform scopes outside of typical C10 work and to sub-contract if needed.

Services
We are a family owned and operated company located in Banning, CA. We have been in the Banning / Beaumont area since the conception of our company in 1981. Because of our continued growth we recently constructed a new 60,000 SF facility in Banning that houses the infrastructure and space needed to enhance our operations and allow us to function at a high capacity.
DESIGN-BUILD
Over the past 20 years SCWCE has been involved in dozens of projects as a design-build contractor for the electrical and low voltage scopes, providing complete design services, plans, permits and construction for Residential projects (multi-family / single home), hotels, club houses, industrial and commercial facilities. SCWCE has a complete design team including a pre-construction group that can assist any project from start to finish.
ESTIMATING
Our estimating team is divided into three separate department residential, commercial, low voltage- each department includes specialized estimators familiar with those types of work, we use the most update estimating software and technics allowing us to turn around estimates quickly and efficiently.
COMPANY VOLUME
SCWCE currently employs approx. 250 employees and continues to add personnel at a healthy rate. Over the past 3 years our annual revenue has been between 40-55 million, our residential production has averaged between 1500-1800 homes annually. And we have complete commercial projects valuing anywhere between $25,000 – $25,000,000. SCWCE owns and operates a large fleet of equipment for underground and utility projects semi-trucks, dump trucks, large excavators, mini excavators, skid steers, back hoes, etc.
